Perhaps conversations turn into arguments.
Maybe trust has been damaged.
Maybe you feel disconnected, lonely, or more like roommates than partners.
Many couples come to therapy after months or years of trying to solve the problem on their own. They are not lacking effort. They are often missing clarity about the patterns keeping them stuck.
Therapy can help you better understand one another and create a path forward together.
Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals and couples balancing careers, parenting, responsibilities, and demanding schedules.
They are not looking to spend years talking in circles.
They want a therapist who can help them understand what is happening, identify the patterns keeping them stuck, and move toward meaningful progress.
My goal is to provide therapy that is thoughtful, intentional, research-informed, and focused on helping clients create real change. My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, attacment theory and assessment informed care.
